Chris Kuang lives in Washington, D.C. and is a co-founder of the U.S. Digital Corps at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Prior to joining GSA in June 2021, Chris co-founded and helped lead a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating more opportunities for college students to pursue public interest technology in government.
