This 3-hour, in-person training class, will provide an update on plain writing principles and the Plain Writing Act of 2010. You will learn ways to help your agency comply with the Plain Writing Act, and proper techniques to use in completing your work.
This training session will benefit you no matter what audience you write for: external audiences that include customers, citizens, and the public, as well as if you write press releases, emails, articles, blogs, websites, newsletters, etc.
Session Location: Conference room 1153, at the U.S. General Services Administration (street address and link to Google Maps are below).
Class limit is 30 participants.
