Mr. Glenn is a Presidential Management Fellow serving as a prize and challenge specialist for the Public Safety Communications Research Division (PSCR) at NIST. In this role he designs and manages all aspects of prize competitions to advance PSCR’s mission to further communications technologies for first responders. Mr. Glenn is a licensed attorney and U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
