If you \u003ca href=\"http://www.irs.gov/Filing\"\u003efile your taxes\u003c/a\u003e electronically, you can check on a refund owed to you 24 hours after filing. (Paper-filers must wait about a month before checking on their refund as processing times take longer for paper submissions.)\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA tab for users to find \u003cstrong\u003eFree Tax Prep Providers\u003c/strong\u003e near their residence (Note: you must meet criteria to qualify for these programs).
