It’s also a design and management framework to develop solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHCD involves four phases of sequential work: \u003cstrong\u003ediscovery, design, delivery,\u003c/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003emeasurement\u003c/strong\u003e. HCD is also cyclical. Once a design solution is launched, you should measure its effectiveness against initial and intended aims, and continually tweak it to improve the solution over time.
