Please join us for an inspiring discussion.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 id=\"presenters\"\u003ePresenters\u003c/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJarah Meador\u003c/strong\u003e is the director of the Open Innovation Programs, including CitizenScience.gov and Challenge.gov.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCraig Connelly\u003c/strong\u003e joined the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) Division\u0026rsquo;s Open Innovation team in July 2017 and serves as a prize and challenge specialist. In this role, he manages internal and external R\u0026amp;D, communications, legal, administrative, and procurement resources to design and implement prize competitions and challenges to advance PSCR\u0026rsquo;s mission.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJeremy Glenn\u003c/strong\u003e is a Presidential Management Fellow serving as a prize and challenge specialist for the PSCR at NIST. In this role he designs and manages all aspects of prize competitions to advance PSCR’s mission to further communications technologies for first responders. Mr. Glenn is a licensed attorney and U.S. Marine Corps veteran.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEmily Parkhurst\u003c/strong\u003e is a general attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). She has been an employee of OCC/NIST since 2014.
