The user-centered project has a central goal of engaging the public where they are—physically, skill level, and knowledge—through trust and approachability. The project builds on skills and technologies of the Library of Congress and shares them back to the public through the underlying open source application, \u003ca href=\"https://github.com/LibraryOfCongress/concordia\"\u003eConcordia\u003c/a\u003e.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis presentation will share the agile and iterative process of creating Concordia, and the engagement strategies developed to support the public as virtual volunteers with \u003ca href=\"https://www.loc.gov/collections/\"\u003eLibrary of Congress Digital Collections\u003c/a\u003e.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis talk is hosted by the \u003ca href=\"https://www.loc.gov/\"\u003eLibrary of Congress\u003c/a\u003e and Digital.gov\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eQuestions about this event or future events?
