He serves as Editor of the Science Policy Column and a member of the editorial board of IEEE Computer magazine. He is also a member of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, the IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology and IEEE TechEthics.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMina is a senior software consultant at Synopsys, Inc. Prior to joining Synopsys, he worked for 6 years at Intel Corporation in the Platform Engineering Group on the Intel Atom Processors and SOCs, having contributed to 10+ design tapeouts. Mina received an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas-Austin. His interest lies in evaluating the impact of Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous \u0026amp; Intelligent Systems and disruptive technologies on public safety, national security, responsible governance, and social inclusion, and the policies that promote the development of these technologies.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJustin Herman\u003c/strong\u003e is the lead of \u003ca href=\"https://emerging.digital.gov/\"\u003eGSA’s Emerging Citizen Technology Office\u003c/a\u003e, including the U.S. government-wide Blockchain Community initiative, which collaborates with more than 320 U.S. federal, state, and local agencies as well as startups, small businesses, and civic organizations to develop government-wide public service modernization initiatives for emerging technologies.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"resources\"\u003eResources\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHave questions?
