To aid in this mission, the FICAM program has launched a series of revamped digital tools for our customers, including:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe newly redesigned \u003ca href=\"https://www.idmanagement.gov/\"\u003eIDManagement.gov\u003c/a\u003e; and\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe debut of the \u003ca href=\"https://www.idmanagement.gov/build/#playbooks\"\u003eFICAM Playbooks\u003c/a\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"idmanagementgov-reimagined\"\u003eIDManagement.gov Reimagined\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe new \u003ca href=\"https://www.idmanagement.gov/\"\u003eIDManagement.gov\u003c/a\u003e website is organized from a customer-first perspective, based on what you’re trying to accomplish. The site can help you get involved in the FICAM community, learn about FICAM services, and build ICAM systems. You’ll find improved:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLogical navigation,\u003c/strong\u003e organized around top tasks and customer needs;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eImproved searchability\u003c/strong\u003e via the DigitalGov Search application;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eClear content,\u003c/strong\u003e written in plain language so it’s easier to understand; and\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRelevant resources\u003c/strong\u003e on topics important to users, including new playbooks and the \u003ca href=\"https://www.idmanagement.gov/approved-products-list\"\u003eApproved Products List (APL)\u003c/a\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the coming months, we’ll continue to analyze site traffic to improve the most highly used topics and tools, and we also plan to launch a website customer satisfaction survey.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"live-ficam-playbooks\"\u003eLive FICAM Playbooks\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003ca href=\"https://www.idmanagement.gov/build/#playbooks\"\u003eFICAM Playbooks\u003c/a\u003e were created to share all the valuable ICAM information agencies have developed over the years in an online format. Besides providing centralized information-sharing across government, the FICAM Playbooks also provide a place for agencies and private industry partners to submit ICAM-related issues and questions, and tap the expertise of the FICAM community to solve these challenges.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBehind the scenes, the FICAM Playbooks leverage GitHub to create content and submit issues. However, GitHub alone didn’t meet all of our hosting requirements for having a U.S. government compliant website. In this case, we also leverage the \u003ca href=\"https://federalist.18f.gov/\"\u003eFederalist platform\u003c/a\u003e to host the content and maintain standard U.S. federal government website requirements (.gov URLs, HTTPS, etc.).\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThree FICAM Playbook sites are now live:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003ca href=\"https://piv.idmanagement.gov/\"\u003ePersonal Identity Verification (PIV) Guide\u003c/a\u003e – focuses on using PIV credentials for \u003cstrong\u003elogical\u003c/strong\u003e access such as authenticating to networks or applications, or digitally signing and encrypting. Using PIV for \u003cstrong\u003ephysical\u003c/strong\u003e access will be covered under another set of guides.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003ca href=\"https://arch.idmanagement.gov/\"\u003eEnterprise Architecture Guide\u003c/a\u003e – a migration of the FICAM Implementation Roadmap 2.0 is more concise, easy to understand and visually appealing. Additionally, the guide reflects the latest updates in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and the ICAM policy and technology landscape.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003ca href=\"https://fpki.idmanagement.gov/\"\u003eFederal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI) Guide\u003c/a\u003e – information about the Federal Public Key Infrastructure including commonly used links, tools, tips, and information for leveraging the Federal PKI.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the coming months, we also plan to release the following playbooks:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePhysical Access Control Systems\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIdentity Management\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAccess Management\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFederation\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eProgram Management\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHas your team recently solved one of your agency’s own ICAM issues, or do you want to become more involved in the ICAM Community?
