I am looking for improved analysis, transparency and collaboration, so here we come!”\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNew resources, which take the collaborative model for ePolicy and eRegulations and expands it, include:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe new \u003ca href=\"https://digital.gov/resources/federal-social-media-accessibility-toolkit-hackpad/\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFederal Social Media Accessibility toolkit\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/a\u003e, updated by the \u003cstrong\u003eDepartment of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy\u003c/strong\u003e. Originally a product of eight agencies working together to provide guidance on better ensuring, it is now offered for open collaboration on \u003cstrong\u003eHackpad\u003c/strong\u003e as well as a static webpage for more accessible viewing.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe new \u003cstrong\u003eFederal Social Media Policy Development toolkit\u003c/strong\u003e, a resource launched by a 20-agency working group to identify and provide customizable examples of key provisions found in government social media policies, or ones needed to drive positive change in the coming years — also on Hackpad for open collaboration.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003e\u003ca href=\"/preview/gsa/digitalgov.gov/bc-archive-content-3/2013/04/19/social-media-metrics-for-federal-agencies/\"\u003eFederal Social Media Performance Analytics toolkit\u003c/a\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e, a resource launched by a 12-agency working group to identify the metrics and reporting methodologies important or unique to public services — also, for the first time, open for public contribution.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"image\"\u003e\n  \u003cimg\n    src=\"https://s3.amazonaws.com/digitalgov/_legacy-img/2014/07/540-x-335-Gwynne-Kostin-SocialGov-Google-Hangout-June-30-2014-e1404160278689.jpg\"\n    alt=\"Gwynne Kostin, Director, Center for Digital Government \u0026amp; Digital Services Innovation Center, Office of Citizen Services \u0026amp; Innovative Technologies U.S. General Services Administration\"/\u003e\u003c/div\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003eThese shared resources represent a firm first step into social media collaborative development toolkits for both agencies and the public to use together, a model which we will measure, improve, and ultimately expand in scope to deliver the most effective and efficient services.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlso launched was a new resource developed by \u003cstrong\u003eUSAID\u003c/strong\u003e, “\u003cstrong style=\"color: #222222\"\u003e\u003ca href=\"http://www.usaid.gov/smguide4cso\"\u003eSocial Networking: A Guide to Strengthening Civil Society through Social Media (#SMGuide4CSO)\u003c/a\u003e” — \u003c/strong\u003ea guide for NGOs on how to approach social media as a whole, no matter the platform, and how to reach their intended goals.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe guide is an extensive collection of recommendations, case studies, online tools and analytics, which was presented by \u003cstrong\u003eJill Moss\u003c/strong\u003e, USAID New Media and Internet Freedom fellow.
