Conversely, ownership of medium screens 8.9 to 10.1inches have decreased from 73 percent in June 2013 to 68 percent in December 2013.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003c/blockquote\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe increase in overall tablet ownership and the move toward a slightly smaller screen means agencies designing their information for anywhere any device consumption need to consider the proliferation of screen sizes and think along \u003ca href=\"/preview/gsa/digitalgov.gov/bc-archive-content-3/2013/08/20/embracing-responsive-design/\" title=\"Embracing Responsive Design\"\u003eresponsive design\u003c/a\u003e.\u003c/p\u003e\n"}
