In comparison, only 8 percent said they use their mobile strategy for sales.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s speculated that the brand strategy was used when organizations felt they could not beat other companies with lower prices on products. As the infographic illustrates, mobile transactions generally account for less than 20% of the transactions completed.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFederal agencies who are thinking \u003ca href=\"https://digital.gov/2013/09/30/mobile-first/\" title=\"Mobile First\"\u003emobile first\u003c/a\u003e should consider strategies that create personalized experiences or enhance user loyalty. For example, upon smartphone launch the \u003ca href=\"https://digital.gov/2012/02/22/my-tsa-mobile-app/\" title=\"My TSA Mobile App\"\u003eMyTSA\u003c/a\u003e app displays local airport delays and security line times in real time. This action personalizes the user experience and let’s them know there is a place to find this information quickly when they need it in the future.\u003c/p\u003e\n"}
