Fortunately, solutions to these problems are fairly easy—changing menu and navigation item text, or adding a line of explanatory text on key pages or complex graphics.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe DigitalGov User Experience Program helped conduct a usability test on the Department of Energy’s \u003ca href=\"http://fueleconomy.gov/\"\u003efueleconomy.gov\u003c/a\u003e mobile site in February 2013 that resulted in three top usability problems and solutions.
